data protection

Your trust is important to us, we at Insitu Konzepte GmbH take the protection of your personal data very seriously and adhere strictly to the rules of data protection laws. Personal data is only collected on this website to the extent that it is technically necessary. Under no circumstances will the collected data be sold or passed on to third parties for any other reason. The following declaration informs you about the collected and stored data and your rights to information, correction, blocking and deletion.

Data collection and saving data

When a website is visited, the browser generally sends information about:

the browser type and browser version
the operating system used
the referrer URL
the IP address
the file name
the access status
the data quantity transmitted
the date and time of the server query.

This data cannot be assigned to any person or other data source and is initially stored and deleted after statistical evaluation. Personal data, in particular name, address or email address, are collected as far as possible on a voluntary basis. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Cookies & Google Analytics:

We would like to inform you that cookies are used on this website to the extent described below.

On the one hand, we send you so-called persistent cookies, with the help of which we store our internal evaluations.
We would like to use the data collected in this way – anonymously, of course – to tailor our services even better to the needs of our customers. If you wish to prevent this, you can do so by deactivating the cookie (see below). The deactivation can have an influence on the availability or outward appearance of our site.

We also use so-called session cookies, with the help of which you receive an anonymous session ID for the duration of a visit to our pages. This session ID enables us to recognize you as a specific anonymous user. This allows us to create continuity for you during your visit and to avoid, for example, you being repeatedly presented with the same advertisements. The session cookie and your session ID are deleted at the end of your visit to our site. If you do not accept this cookie, it is unfortunately not possible for us to provide you with a properly functioning website.

What are cookies:
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transmit to your computer via your web browser. They enable our systems to temporarily distinguish your browser from others.
The help function in the menu bar of most web browsers explains how to set your browser so that it no longer accepts cookies or only accepts them to a limited extent. There you will also learn how to configure your browser so that it informs you when a cookie is “offered” to your computer. Unfortunately, you can only fully use and experience the functionality of our website with an activated cookie acceptance.

We therefore recommend that you leave the cookie function of your computer switched on when you visit our pages. We also recommend that you always log off completely after you have finished using a computer that you share with others and whose browser is set so that the computer accepts cookies.

Our website uses Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Adsense uses cookies, which are stored on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site and to automatically provide advertisements. Google Adsense also uses web beacons (small invisible graphics) to collect information. By using web beacons, simple actions such as visitor traffic to the website can be recorded and collected.

The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon about your use of this website will be sent to a Tealium server to make your IP address anonymous. The anonymous data is then transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website with regard to advertisements, compiling reports on website activity and advertising for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Under no circumstances can Google associate your IP address with other Google data. Third parties will also place cookies on your browser and use the data collected in this way in anonymous form for advertising purposes or to promote our product. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.

You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website and Google from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link (

You can find more information about this at  or at (general information about Google Analytics and data protection).

Google AdWords:

This website also uses Google Conversion Tracking, an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed through Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that a user has clicked on an ad placed by us and has been directed to certain target pages. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. We collect information about the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were directed to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive information that personally identifies users. If you want to disable cookies for conversion tracking, you can set your browser to block cookies from the following domain: “”. In order to evaluate and support our online marketing activities on or via Facebook, a so-called “Facebook tracking pixel” is integrated into this website, which was created by Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304 , USA “Facebook”). When you visit our platform, the tracking pixel establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook receives information from your browser that our website has been accessed by your end device, among other things. If you are a Facebook user, Facebook can assign the visit to our pages to your user account. Facebook can also subsequently recognise whether a Facebook ad has had an effect, e.g. whether it has led to an online purchase. Facebook only provides us with statistical data without reference to your specific person. This is done for the purposes of advertising effectiveness, market research and demand-oriented design of our website. Tracking using the pixel is done in a way that does not allow us to identify you as a person and only marks users in an anonymous form for us as visitors to our website. Facebook uses cookies for this purpose. Facebook stores and uses the data collected using the pixel. This also happens at least partially outside the EU.

Custom Audience via pixel method

A Facebook tracking pixel is integrated into our website. Using this pixel, Facebook can track the user’s surfing behavior on the website. Based on your surfing behavior, custom audiences can be created in Facebook Audience Manager Website to classify you based on your surfing behavior. These created Website Custom Audiences can then be used in remarketing or lookalike campaigns. An example of this is that you visit the website to place a particular order, but would cancel it. You would then fall into a “drop-out audience” and be addressed again in a Facebook remarketing campaign.

Audience Network

To support our online marketing activities, we also use the Audience Network of Facebook, Inc.(1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304 , USA; “Facebook”). The Audience Network facilitates the placement of third-party advertising and/or Facebook ads or other commercial or sponsored content (“Advertisements”) on our platform, as well as on our mobile applications, mobile websites and video players.

If you are a Facebook user, Facebook can associate visiting our pages with your user account through a pixel ID and a Facebook cookie. As a Facebook member, you can also edit your account settings at and object to data collection via Custom Audiences across all devices. You can find more information about Facebook’s data protection here:

You can find the opt-out option here: and here:
